Last week, I finished reading The Magic Lantern: An Autobiography by Ingmar Bergman.

My thoughts?

It was alright.

Just kidding, I loved it!

Ingmar Bergman shares his memories from childhood to his career, including his relationships with his family, friends, co-workers, and lovers. He shared his moments working as a theater and film director.

Reading his autobiography was like listening to him tell a story while entrusting you with his most vulnerable memories. It felt personal.

It was funny, sad, contemplative, intriguing, and happy.

I want to share my highlights, what I learned, and why it resonates with me.
